Some Notes on Data Sources
- Recent CPI Data: imputed from CPI percent change. (Not fully consistent with revisions.)
- Gold: Average annual price (not at year end!) "https://www.statista.com/statistics/268027/change-in-gold-price-since-1990/".
- Index is the S&P 500 w/o dividends.
